    Hi Sarah,
    CIPD (Chartered Inst of Personnel and Development) has a toolkit on this very subject called “A Manager’s first 100 days”. If you go to the website: http://www.cipd.co.uk/toolkits you can see what it covers. You can then decide if you want to buy it (I think it’s about £330)or write your own!
