At my last job, I was given several copies of a questionnaire. I was to hand one to my manager, a couple to my peers and some to my staff.
They all completed the questions on me and my performance. The questionnaires were then handed in and the results collected and I then received feedback on the collective results.
This was a very useful tool and helped me interact better with peers, staff and management.
Does anyone know where I can get a copy of something similar, that's free?
