Leadership is more than simply giving orders. To be a successful leader you must inspire people and motivate them to give their all. Whether you are already a successful leader or think that you may be in need of some leadership development, you should be aware of the different styles of leadership so that you can effectively decide how best to lead your team to success.

1) A Leader who Listens
In many cases, a leader does not have all the answers.
