50 signs of an unhealthy organisation

default-16x9

What are the signs of an unhealthy organisation? What by reverse, are the healthy signs? I published "50 signs" then "50 more signs" 20 years ago. I have recently put a third and more topical set together. It makes a powerful organisational disgnostic, and should be a must for every senior management team and Board. 1. A risk averse, scared of exposure and responsibility culture means good opportunities are missed. 2. Cuts are made across the organisation without protecting parts that should be left alone. 3. There is reward for failure, as for instance shown by pay-offs for incompetent leadership. 4. Although apparently merged, constituent parts of the organisation have very separate identities. 5. Those that dare to confront poor performance are not supported – or worse. ...and 45 more! Drop me an email andrew@andrewgibbons.co.uk if you would like all 50.
