I'm looking for tools to put on an intranet that would enable users to get a clear picture of their current skill/knowledge/behaviours in a range of inter-personal and self development areas. I'm especially looking for assertiveness, influencing skills, communication styles etc although any siggestions would be welcome.

I think the probability of finding GOOD copyright-free material is fairly low, but if you license a questionnaire/evaluation system from ‘somebody’, you’ll at least have the possibility to come back to them when it doesn’t do what you thought it ought to! Remember, whoever has put the list together has had to spend considerable time & effort in collecting data & evaluating responses – they would probably like to get some return from their investment!
