I could do with some additional guidance on managing disciplinaries positively. I know the structures, but input on R.O.I’s and the positive benifits of systems would be great. Particularly welcome would be any stats on improvements in performance and retention.

have you thought of using role play to assess learning?

Have you thought that using role playing with professional actors to assess the quality of the learning might help? I know what I am suggesting comes after other ideas people might have for you, but it might be one way of confirming/observing improvement.
