4. Ex blue chip personnel & training manager
   Category management, in my understanding is the ability to group or chunk tasks, facilities, or any part of the organisation and its work into strategic categories. often used on the back of customer focus.
   I designed and delivered this across the Boots group.
   Current rates £750 a day delivery, £350 a day for design. Plus expenses and vat.
