I need some ideas on how best to present the topic of demonstrating 'the importance of culture in the modern organisation' in a training format. I am limited to using flipcharts only but would like to use historical examples to prove the point. The organisation is retail based.

Are we talking Shakespeare or Handy?
Dear Shane,
I’d be fascinated to know whether you’re talking culture as in culture vulture, Tate Modern, etc., or culture as in the specific culture of organisations: as in Gareth Morgan, Charles Handy et al.
Both have a huge role to play, although the role of the first is constantly being underplayed in our rapid sprint towards mid-lanticisation.
