Computer Society Names its Trainer of the Year

Olga Londer, principal technologist at QA, scooped the British Computer Society (BCS) Trainer of the Year award.

Olga, a Microsoft Most Valued Professional (MVP), conference speaker and author, won the award in recognition of her technical leadership, teaching and mentoring skills.

She said she was "delighted" to receive the award. "Training is about inspiring others to achieve through innovative learning experiences and it is an honour to have my work acknowledged by a high-profile industry body such as the BCS."

As a principal technologist, Olga is responsible for teaching, consulting and technical leadership for QA's Internet curriculum. She has been involved with web development, authoring and support for more than 10 years and wrote the first Internet training course in the UK.
