Accreditation
Accreditation could be done to map across your training programme with an accredited provider into an existing framework like the NVQ in management levels 3-5 dependant upon the status of attendee. This could be done by developing your own programme to suit accumulating evidence with the NVQ requirements. You could then get unit accreditation as you build up the training scheme in-house.
Alternatively speak to ISM as they are always very helpful in assisting accreditation although if you do not presently operate an accreditation process you may find the process unfriendly.
