I am currently putting together a reading list for some students studying a variety of subjects amoungst which is leadership. This encompasses team building, motivation and the traditonal thoeries. I have a number of texts but they are very dry and possibly not up to date. I am hoping that someone has some recommended texts.

Some leadership resources for your students
CompanyLeader is a new website for people who run their own business, or who would like to. Visit http://www.companyleader.com and look for ‘Leadership skills’ in the ‘Growing Your Business’ section, listed in the left-hand menu.
