1. Multi functional training
   My clients include British Airways, Zambian Government, Department of Transport, Swissair, and Thomson Holdiays to name but a few. I have worked in Africa, Kenya, USA, Canada, Sweden, India, Egypt, extensively throughout UK. I can produce a complete training package from TNA, designing lesson plans, handouts with exercises and role play. I believe in ‘tailor making’ training to meet the needs and business requirements of the customer. Training includes Management skills, Call Centre sales, Appraisal, Interviewing, Train the Trainer, I.T. Customer Care and various airline related training.

2. Management and ‘Train the Trainer’ Specialist
   I have extensive experience in delivering the full TDLB suite at both NVQ Levels 3 and 4. Also, years of classroom and residential programme facilitation for NEBSM Certificate and Diploma courses.
   My formative career was spent in national management roles for blue chip multi-national plcs that were involved in supplying paint and equipment to major automtive OEMs.

   I am approved to offer TDLB, Management and Advice and Guidance qualifications. I also deliver training and consultancy on Team Building, Communication, Stress Management, Relaxation and Personal Development issues.

6. Trainer / writer in Tax
   I specialise in giving lectures on a variety of tax related subjects. – for example, how to complete your Tax Return form correctly. I am also a freelance lecturer at Accounting Colleges and teach the tax subjects on courses leading to the ACCA and AAT examinations. One area where I find interest is attending companies to talk on the Tax problems with Benefits in Kind for staff. In my spare time(!) I write articles on tax subjects for the specialist publications CCH-Croner “Taxes – the Weekly Taxes” and Thomson Tax’ “Capital Taxes”. Any other lecturing /training opportunities are welcome as lecturing to students obviously stops after they take their exams!!
