Albion Chemicals Group, the UK and Eire’s leading chemicals distributor, has committed to one of the largest employee training schemes undertaken by its sector.

The four year programme will see over 200 Albion personnel undertake 54 scheduled training days per year at a cost in excess of one million pounds.

The bespoke programme has been devised by the Group’s HR team, supported by external training specialists Opsis, to deliver highly skilled customer-facing teams that operate out of Albion’s nationwide local depot network.

The first phase involves account managers from all 18 Albion depots in advanced personal development training that will conclude with an NVQ qualification.
