Usually filed under 'old pro' - I first qualified as a Royal Air Force navigation instructor in 1958. Worked as an interpersonal skills trainer, counsellor, mentor & international consultant since 1970. Web site delivers career counselling & mentoring. Qualified as Online Trainer (ISM accredited) in September 1998.
Now involved in designing & tutoring online learning, using conferencing software to create Action Learning groups. These combine facilitated online dialogue with offline action in the workplace, and hence tackle the perennial 're-entry problem' by supporting learners through the implementation phase. I believe this represents much of the future of learning.
