Now involved in designing & tutoring online learning, using conferencing software to create Action Learning groups. These combine facilitated online dialogue with offline action in the workplace, and hence tackle the perennial ‘re-entry problem’ by supporting learners through the implementation phase. I believe this represents much of the future of learning.
