Does anyone know of dedicated training centres in East and West Sussex, Hampshire or Kent?
I am finding difficulty in identifying much choice in the area without using hotels. Unusual venues would be ideal but they must have residentail facilities.

Have you though of tying up with the universities?
Residential training venue in Kent
David Salomons Centre at Southborough, between Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells. It is owned by Canterbury Christ Church University College. My relationship with the University College is as an employee. I have also attended a residential course at the centre.
