2. Database
   Ap Information (www.ap-info.co.uk) produce a publication called the Training Managers Year Book. This contains data on many different training functions, one of which is suppliers.
   They also sell data, so they could probably provide you with just the information you require.

3. Trainers
   Apart from this site there is also http://www.trainingpages.co.uk which is full of training providers and details what they do by subject and geographical area.

4. Training Information
   I have also been using training managers yearbook for some research I have been comducting. It is very good.

   Also Plimsoll, which is a complete analysis of financial information about training companies. http://www.plimsoll.co.uk

   In addition, Keynote reports are very good. They are around £350, but I accessed them from the resource centre of the IDB – Industrial Development board Northern Ireland. You could also try the chamber of commerce and see if they have it in their library.

5. Training Index is useful
   the training index is a useful sourec of suppliers
   It is Subscription based I think around £600 but has a superb updating and range of suppliers.Even technical specialisms are covered which are sometimes hard to find in other sources .

6. Business Link
   There is always Business Link who have a database for your local area, as well as national.

7. ILA Accounts Learning Providers
   When the government set up the ILA accounts I would think that the agency responsible for allocating the accounts to students would have had all the providers on their database to authorise payment of the scheme participants.
   Try them (I have forgotten the agency name though)

8. Training Index
   I have always used the national training index – there is a small subscription fee but they are very good.

9. Skillvest training database
   Skillvest has a good site which is easily searchable not only by subject but by course length and timing etc.
   Free to users.

10. Skillvest / National Training Index
    Skillvest actually went bust at the end of last year, and the site is now just a dead shell as far as I can tell.
