ANT Music?
ANT theory is actually ACTOR NETWORK THEORY. Its relevance to managing change is in providing a systems-oriented view of the behaviour of human beings or any other agent operating in a sociological environment. Clearly humans operate in a sociological environment – they are social animals. Arguably ants can be included, as can certain networks of specialised artifical intelligences, stock brokers (though not in classical economic terms) – the list could be endless. The individual agents and their effects on and responses to other agents in the network/society are defined not only by personal attributes but by the nature of their relationships with each other and the network. Call me to discuss if you need more.
