Quest Business Master Ltd are managing substantial EU grant funds for training projects for SMEs in SE Wales - typically 45% of cost.  

Funding covers the development of Strategic Training Plans,  Training Needs Analysis,  Training Delivery and Training Evaluation.  

The catch?  Funds must be fully committed by June 2000!!!
