We are planning a team building event for a new Japanese/German joint venture based in the UK (Thames Valley). Emphasis on understanding and respecting the differences whilst finding a way to work effectively together and solve problems as fast as possible (and have a little fun in the process too hopefully!).
I would like to hear from anyone with experience of running this sort of workshop with European/Asian teams. Approx. 20 people at different levels, with English as the working language.
