Competencies — a language for management & leadership
The topic is a large one and you aren’t very specific. Does your organisation already possess an agreed, published set of desired management behaviours? Is it looking for a bespoke solution or an off-the-shelf fix? Either way some form of language for management/leadership has to be agreed before you can test for it or recruit against it.
