1. Can it wait until May?
   I am running a Train the Trainer course in May near Glasgow. If this is of use, please let me know.

   Also, if anyone else is interested to attend, the more, the merrier and the cheaper for all.

2. why not do the CTP at Central College of Commerce?
   Central College of Commerce run a Certificate in Training Practice course which gives Associate membership of the IPD. It runs September to June, one night a week (Wed) at the College based in Cathedral Street.

3. Train the trainer
   Depends on the level that you wish the participant(s) to achieve, but can I suggest Stow College Glasgow for a fully certificated course and the Tourism Training unit in Glasgow who offer varying levels of training (maybe even in your own area)at a very good rate with excellent tutors!

5. Train the trainer
   I am an associate for licensed Train the Trainer programmes.Depending on what type of trainer you are interested in becoming, will be the programme. These are
   1. Training for on the job/ practical skills.- 3days
   2. Training groups of people in theory type subjects.- 3days
   3. Coaching Skills- 1 day
   4. Planning training and development.- 2 days plus workplace project

   You can also become licensed to run these programmes.

   I am in the West of Scotland. The first two programmes have
   maximum numbers of 6 and minimum numbers of 4. If you ( or anyone reading this )are interested please e mail me, for futher details.
