I work in training & development and responsible for the International Graduate Programme.

I am interested in doing more research into the following:

„h personal development for graduates
„h managing expectations in a changing environment
„h Graduate Orientations
„h Selling the programme to Managers
„h appraisal process for grads on a rotational programme
„h Graduate programmes on an International basis
„h and anything else related to these topics.

Can anyone advise as to where I can get hold of this information or if there are any seminars, events, training sessions happening in the near future?
