We currently operate a shift pattern where our some of our staff work a 6 on 3 off shift pattern. During a nine day cycle they work 48 hours and where shifted on a bank holiday receive a premium for working. They work less hours per annum than our employees who work a standard 5 from 7 day week. Does this effect their entitlement to the 20 days statutory holiday or are they still entitled to the full 20 days.
