I am looking for an activity that I can perform with a large group of people. Either for them to do in groups or individually does not matter. We have recently completed some customer service training classes for this area and are now coming back together as one big group. A request has been made to do some sort of activity with everyone on how to handle difficult callers/people. Any suggestions?

Have you thought of using actors to play difficult callers? They could give your team some safe practice with constructive feedback from the actors afterwards. This could be
a very constructive and fun session.
