Nurse Brian Bladon is to receive in excess of £23,000 compensation after he was sacked from his job at a home for the elderly in Lytham, Lancashire.
Blaydon accused his former employers of leaving wounds untreated, increasing medication without a doctor’s authorisation and keeping low staffing levels. He said that some of the patient’s injuries were suspicious.
Mr Bladon was sacked for raising his diarised concerns with officials.
