PLATO - Learning and Development Network for SME's
This intitiative was started in Belgium and has spread throughout Europe/UK It aims to provide support to small groups of SMEs under the leadership of a larger organisation.

Can anybody provide a contact name for setting up these networks?
And provide any evaluation documentation?
