I am looking for any online resources that will help
individuals assess their development needs. These
resources need to be accessible through the internet,
provide fairly instant results and not be too
expensive to use. I'm also looking for resources which
are reasonably high quality rather than 'Cosmo' type
quizzes.

Any suggestions from network users would be gratefully
received.
