I have come across the Sedona Method a few times recently, and was curious to find out more about it. Has anyone experienced it or knows what the essence of the method is? I'd love to find out more.

Try looking at http://www.lifetools.co.uk. They seem to have quite a lot of information on it.
From what I can gather, it’s to do with releasing negative thoughts and mind sets so that you can get on with your life in a more positive frame of mind.

Sedona Method is a great tool to “let go” of negative feelings
Marcus, I came across Sedona a few years ago and have used it extensively with EVERYONE I know. It has proved to be really effective with all those people I have shown, including some people who suffer from depression.
