I have a requirement to try and find a course for a non HR executive that will give them an insight into best practice HR activities. What I don't want is a course that will teach him to become an HR manager. The course or workshop needs to be able to offer insights and experiences of other companies which will help him become more intuitive about people issues.
Is there anyone who has a clue where I can look? I've already done the usual rounds - IPD, Ashridge college etc.

Try the Inside UK Enterprise (IUKE) visits to ‘best practice’ or

I have developed a one day strategic management workshop for main board directors to look at business changes over 3-5 year term.
