HSC/HSE has published CD175 - its proposals for regulations to amend the Personal Protective Equipment at Work, Manual Handling Operations, Workplace and PUWER Regulations.
Comments are requested by 1/2/02. If approved, the resulting Health and Safety (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2002 will alter eight (8) important health and safety laws.
