Conference: ‘Diversity – the Bottom Line’

default-16x9

The Black Country branch of the IPD is holding a conference on "Diversity - the Bottom Line" on 9 March in Dudley.

Opening address by Sir Herman Ouseley (Chair of Commission for Racial Equality), and keynote speakers from public and private sectors.

The theme of the conference is to explore the business case for managing diversity effectively. We know the moral and ethical reasons, and the legislation compliance motive, but what do organisatiions really gain from embracing diversity? This conference will demonstrate that organisations need to harness talent wherever it is found, and satisfy customers from all sectors of the community, if they are to survive and grow.
