I am working for a learning institute in Singapore. We are now looking for partners (universities/higher learning institutes) to offer online courses as part of our open academy initiative. We are in interested in a list of top univ. offering online courses, and more interested to lay our hands on a ranked list of such open universities, or any report that has reviewed the work of these universities.
