We have been invited to tender for the opportunity to review the current business and operations of a local council. The review will include analysis of the draft business plan, analysis of cost and income structures, analysis of current staffing levels & skills, assessment of current operational performance against contractual standards & industry practice and assessment of competitiveness & commercial standing.
Our current commitments make it difficult to give this our full attention. Are you interested in working co-operatively on this project?
Please e-mail details of your relevant experience of the above, to Maggie Mosley, pmsl@totalise.co.uk
Thanks
Tracey Sainsbury
