We are currently training a small number (but growing) of HR professionals who have seen the NVQ way forward.
As experienced HR professionals with lots of “hands-on” skill but no formal training an NVQ in Personnel at level 3,4 or 5 has been chosen over the college route.
Because people resouces are special, the training HR professionals choose has to fit the standards required for IPD. This can be achieved easily by choosing the NVQ route.
