National Grid for Learning Certified

Over 100 companies applied to become certified providers for the National Grid for Learning, announced at BETT '99. Certified companies will supply internet technology to enable schools and public institutions to connect to and maintain NGfL services.

An annoucement was made at the BETT ’99 show that more than 100 companies had applied to be registered as providers of services to schools and authorites within the National Grid for Learning. Certified companies will supply all the Internet technology to enable connections to be made and maintained in schools and other establishments providing public access to the NGfL.
