I have been talking to an SME manager who is considering putting in an "internet cafe". He wants it to be used for
local community, job search, training, and etc. Obviously it would not be without commercial advantage, but not directly - he would charge to cover connection costs, making money on additional bar and food sales.

I am sure there are pots of money somewhere to pay for SMEs to install IT, for a variety of uses. Does anyone have a point of contact to someone with such largesse to distribute?
