We are a small/medium sized consultancy firm looking into setting up a policy for funding study for our employees. We'd like to look at some case studies of similar firms who've set up such policies and gather information as to how we can best fund or develop a policy. The sort of courses we'd be looking at are Accountancy qualifications, Chartered Institute of Marketing, CIPD, MBA etc. Also, information of the legal implications and costs of such a policy are needed.
