Barclays, Linklaters, McDonald’s Restaurants and the National Grid are among the organisations short-listed as finalists for next month's World of Learning Awards 2007.
The awards aim to recognise and reward the leading new learning initiatives and venues of 2007 as well as individuals whose outstanding achievements have notably improved workplace productivity and performance.
The winners will be unveiled at a black-tie dinner on 14 November at the NEC, Birmingham, hosted by Dominic Holland, the Perrier Award-winning comic and successful author. With hundreds of leading industry figures attending the Awards and dinner, and with high-class entertainment and dancing into the small hours to follow, it promises to be the social and networking highlight of the training industry’s year.
