Evaluation has been the hot topic on TrainingZONE in recent
weeks, and this one is no exception. In his latest column
Godfrey Parkin asked: "Why do we perpetuate the smile-sheet
ritual?" Godfrey maintains that in marketing terms the "badly
flawed data" that the sheets offer is at best unreliable. Kevin
Chamberlain in response has challenged trainers to dispense of
the sheets once and for all. But if we follow this advice,
Refugio Arrizola asks, what's the alternative?
