Help us pilot on-line management development


Are you:

  • Interested in on-line learning?

  • Keen to learn how to put together a budget?

  • Keen to learn more about financial decision-making?

  • Keen to gain a better understanding of people’s behaviour in the workplace?
  • If so, the EMA’s career development service, WayAhead Training needs you for its pilot programme on on-line learning. This starts in November 2001 and will finish no later than March 2002. You will have full access to tutor support throughout the pilot.

    You must be able to undertake 2-3 hours of study per week, working both independently and collaborating with other students for group work.

    What do you need?

    You will need:

  • Access to a PC
  • Connection to the internet (for about one hour per week)
  • Basic keyboard skills
  • Prior experience of working with e-mail
  • To be able to download documents from the world wide web
  • Experience of spreadsheets would be helpful
  • Upon completion of the two pilot modules, you will receive a £50 voucher as a thank you and a written confirmation of your contribution to the programme.
