Working effectively with others as a virtual team

As 'remote working' becomes an increasingly common aspect of the way in which we work, how can we sustain a sense of real team-working? And for team leaders and managers who have responsibility for staff whom they may rarely see, how can proper monitoring, workload management and accountability by maintained.

Staff from the Coverdale Consultancy, who have considerable experience in advising on these issues, will be running this 'virtual' online workshop.
