The International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction (ibstpi) was founded as a not-for-profit corporation in 1984. Its mission is to promote a high standard of professional practice in the areas of training, performance and instruction for the benefit of individual and organizational consumers through research, definition and measurement of competencies, education and certification.
ibstpi has recently revised the original set of Training Manager competencies (1989) and their matching performance statements. We are seeking validation of this current draft from training managers around the world. You may not have the title 'training manager' but if you manage training in some way we would value your feedback!
Please go to the ibstpi web site and click on Take Training Manager Survey. It should take no longer than 15 minutes.
Many thanks
