Buying books is one of the big growth areas of sales of consumer goods over the Internet, and for good reason - you don't usually need to check the quality of the item before you buy, a summary usually tells you as much as you need to know if you're browsing, and an internet search can yield many more results far quicker than trawling the shelves of bookshops.
With most people buying books for business needing to find what they want quickly and easily during office hours, web shopping is the obvious answer. Now, thanks to a new collaboration with Blackwell's Bookshops, the world's biggest business bookseller, you can search more than 1.5 million books online on TrainingZONE and HR Zone - 37,000 of which are on business and management topics.
Blackwell's has been selling academic and professional books since 1879, and has built a strong name for itself as a provider of books to libraries, universities and businesses alike. Blackwell's web operation may be slightly more recent - it launched its online bookshop in 1997, but you can access all of Blackwell's offering through the internet, using its powerful search engine. The only thing we can't offer that Blackwell's shops can is a coffee to drink while you're reading!
