With the Government due to launch its new National Skills Strategy in June, the Learning and Skills Council and the British Chambers of Commerce are asking employers to add their own suggestions as to how skills needs can be better met.
The only thing is, the process of collecting views is a bit complex - you need to either contact your local Learning and Skills Council to find out when they're holding an event, or you can e-mail greatskillsdebate@lsc.co.uk, where presumably someone has the task of collating the comments which come through.
Apparently some regions also have online questionnaires and telephone hotlines available - to find out whether your area allows you to add your comments in this way, search the list of local providers here. You have until 14 May 2003 to make your views heard.
