Editor's note
=============
Are you happy to tell the TrainingZONE community about the
highlights of your Training career? This week, Paul Kay customer
sales training manager at Moathouse Hotels takes part in our 'How
Did I Get Here' (HDIGH) feature. Read on for further details on
how you too can contribute to this feature.

This week TrainingZONE also explores coaching, at present, it
seems that many organisations are over-reacting to coaching - a
definite case of 'Don't really know what it is, how it works,
what we'll get out of it, or why we need it - but you hear so
much about it we'd better have some!' Share your thoughts with the
community using the 'Post a Comment' button at the bottom of the
article.

Easytrain
/---------------------------------------------------------------
Many training providers will willingly charge a day rate of
1,000 pounds and beyond, however easytrain, using the low cost
airlines as its influence, has set about providing a days
training for 275 pounds (plus VAT) per day, irrespective of
where the client is. A lower daily rate does not mean lower
quality; we currently have over 400 trainers registered with, we
can call on a local, highly skilled trainer anywhere in the UK,
