Over the last eight years I have worked for two international companies in the oil and gas industry and the construction industry. Both were subject to major organisational changes including the implementation of competency frameworks.
Over the last two years I have designed a number of courses with senior managers to support a cultural change programme. This included training the managers to deliver the courses, which have consistently achieved a satisfaction rating of 80% or higher from delegates.
During the last year I have managed the development of a competency framework and development programme for Design Managers. I am now using a similar approach to identify succession planning criteria for staff progressing from site management roles to project management.
My qualifications include: Diploma in Personnel Management; Diploma in Management Studies; Practitioner of NLP; Level 3 psychometric assessment.
