The HR Developer's Resource Website, put together by Dick Barton has a bright sunny homepage which promises free training material to download, details of proven training materials for sale and free trainer's tips and information.
It does appear however to be mainly a vehicle to sell, with much reference to '21 ways to...' books written by Dick, with the occasional extract from the publications to whet your appetite.
The major problem with the site is that information is scattered about, which means that you do have to go backwards and fowards to find a lot of the information. For example, the free trainers tips are to be found within the extracts from chapters of each book.
There are also some free materials which could be of interest, but they are also spread around the site so you have to search for them. We found two documents on implementing change, some lateral thinking puzzles for use in courses and documents for planning/time management, all of which looked worth a read.
