Calling all HR professionals - what's your view on the use of IT systems within HR? A great idea which frees up HR staff to work on more strategic tasks, or a nightmare which makes administration of HR data more complicated and more difficult to keep an eye on?
Add your views now in our brand new survey.
IT systems are becoming a bigger and bigger feature in the HR Department in the 21st century and are being used to undertake tasks related to all areas of HR.
At the same time, they're helping to redefine the role of HR within an organisation. With the advent of e-learning and the increase in flexible working and benefits, it's becoming more important to monitor staff activities - and often imperative to relate them to the financial performance of the orgnisation. All this development however poses a number of questions related to how information about employees can and should be used.
As part of an initiative to regularly assess the views of their members, our sister site HR Zone invites you to take part in a short survey to register your views on the growth of e-HR and the implications of using IT within HR Departments.
All respondents will receive an executive summary of the survey results when they are published in January.
