The Learning Awards, hosted by the IITT, are now open for 2012 entries.
The awards celebrate success and innovation across 15 different categories including Training Company of the Year, Trainer of the Year and Training Department of the Year.
This year’s awards include three new categories: Social Media for Learning Programme of the Year, Apprenticeship Programme of the Year and Live Online Facilitator of the Year. TrainingZone has also been announced as media partner for the awards.

- Trainer of the Year.
- Training Department of the Year.
- Training Department of the Year (Public Sector).
- Internal Training Project of the Year.
- External Training Project of the Year.
- Learning Technologies Solution of the Year.
- Staff Development Programme of the Year.
- Innovation in Learning Services.
- Instructional Designer of the Year.
- Training Manager of the Year.
- The Colin Corder Award - recognising outstanding contribution to learning.
- Social Media for Learning Programme of the Year.
- Apprenticeship Programme of the Year.
- Live Online Facilitator of the Year.
The deadline for entries is 14 October 2011 and judging commences on 1 November.
The awards are free to enter with all chosen finalists invited to attend the gala awards ceremony at the five-star Dorchester Hotel, London on 2 February 2012.
