This year's World of Learning conference sessions used in-session polling technology to poll delegates on topical issues in L&D. Here we share the results.
Here, TrainingZone provides delegate responses to questions asked in the conference sessions at World of Learning. Most sessions were attended by around 80 people.
According to delegates, key challenges for L&D include getting informal learning recognised by the business as a form of development, developing consultancy skills within L&D teams, developing mobile learning, creating a learning strategy, embracing new media and building internal influence around learning.
